HOW TO USE WINDOWS DUAL VIEW IN PHOTOSHOP CS6

Working with Dual View is really important when you want to perform a operation keeping Zoom and still want to see the effect at complete image.



Few people got confused that, They have opened same image in two different windows but actually They have opened same image in two different window view.

So when they perform an operation, It will be reflected in both of window views.


Steps Involved :
  1. Opening an Image
  2. Unlocking the Background layer
  3. Selecting new window for <image name> from Windows - Arrange
  4. Selecting 2-up vertical from Windows - Arrange

BLEND TWO IMAGES LIKE A POSTER USING PHOTOSHOP CS6


With Photoshop CS6 , We can BLEND two images like a poster.


Steps involved :
  • Opening two images
  • Moving them to same document
  • Free transform ( if required )
  • Add layer Mask
  • Add a black and white gradient
  • Combining layers to a new layer
  • Add noise
  • Add black and White Adjustment layer
  •  Add Hue and Saturation

HISTORY LOG AND NOTE TOOL IN PHOTOSHOP CS6

One best thing about Photoshop is, We can try what ever want but Once we are happy with the result we are unable to remember the steps and the specification Involved.

History Log will embed detailed log for the steps performed, This can be really useful for R&D.


It's also possible to place Sticky note kind of notes on photo using Note Tool, This is really great way of remembering what need to be done, specially time saver when we are working on a large project.
